Despatch Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be despatched within 24 hours.
Next Day orders must be received before 3pm for same day
dispatch.
Orders received on weekends or bank and local holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Click & Collect orders will be available for collection from our Rose Street - Aberdeen store, approximately one hour after order is received.
For UK Mainland orders, you have the choice of services - Next Day Delivery, or Standard Delivery which is delivered within 2-3 working days.
Extra Fees
Please note, customs, duties & taxes may be due upon delivery in overseas destinations. As these vary from country to country, we are unable to provide an exact cost. We are not liable for these fees. Follow this link for an Import Duty Calculator. This information should be used as a guide only.
Exchange and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from
Thistle Sports, both in store & online you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt for either refund or exchange.
All items must be returned as sold, in resaleable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these
requirements, Thistle Sports may not accept the return.
For increased security we recommend using a recorded delivery service when returning your parcel.
We are unable to reimburse the postage charges. There will be an additional postage charge to resend exchanged items.
The amount charged will be the same postal rate as your original order. This charge will be automatically debited from online customers, manual telephone orders will be contacted directly.
We are unable to accept returns on personalised items or items such as underwear or swimwear, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Faulty Goods Returns
We try to ensure that all goods supplied by Thistle Sports are of the highest quality.
However, if you feel you've recieved an item that is faulty, we can either exchange it for a replacement or provide you with a full refund.
When you are returning faulty goods, please make sure they are clean and free from dirt and mud.
We know they are faulty and so won't be getting worn or used again, but we need to handle them and send them back to the manufacturer - it's a much nicer job if the items are clean!
We reserve the right to not process anything we deem to be too dirty - we'll just send it back to you.
After we have examined the returned goods, if the item(s) are deemed
to be faulty, you will receive a refund for the return postage charge.
